Philadelphia, Baltimore, Washington and Chicago all lost key fantasy pieces on Friday's final injury reports. The Chargers and Raiders receiver rooms also thinned out before Sunday.

  • Friday's final injury reports settled most of the Week 5 questions, and the answers were rough for several lineups. The Philadelphia Eagles ruled out Saquon Barkley and DeVonta Smith, both with hamstring injuries, for Sunday's game against Jacksonville in London. Will Shipley is expected to get the first crack in the backfield, and Dallas Goedert is back at tight end.

  • Quarterbacks and key outs

Baltimore ruled out Lamar Jackson for Sunday night at Atlanta after he missed every practice with an ankle injury. Tyler Huntley will start.

Washington ruled out Stefon Diggs with a hamstring injury, while Jayden Daniels is good to go. Jeremy Fowler of ESPN said Friday night that Terry McLaurin (hamstring) is most likely a game-time decision.

Chicago ruled out Kyle Monangai at Green Bay with a toe injury. He is week-to-week, and D'Andre Swift should lead the backfield.

    Receiver rooms thin out

The Chargers ruled out Quentin Johnston and Brenen Thompson, and Ladd McConkey is questionable with his foot. Los Angeles also placed tackle Rashawn Slater on injured reserve, per ESPN's transaction log.

New England ruled out Mack Hollins and four cornerbacks. Their opponent, Las Vegas, will be without Jalen Nailor and Dont'e Thornton Jr., and Ashton Jeanty is questionable with an ankle and foot injury.

  • Denver placed Pat Bryant on injured reserve and promoted Lil'Jordan Humphrey. In San Francisco, Mike Evans is off the injury report, while Nick Bosa and Kyle Juszczyk are out at Seattle.

    Moves and coaching

Miami claimed Kaytron Allen off waivers from Washington. Philadelphia released Andy Dalton and promoted running back Carson Steele, per ESPN's transaction log. In Houston, DeMeco Ryans took back defensive play-calling from Matt Burke.

    What RSO owners should do

Set lineups now for the London game, since it kicks off early Sunday. Shipley is the Eagles back to start if you need one, and Swift gets a bump in Chicago. Keep a fallback ready for McLaurin, McConkey and Jeanty, and check inactives 90 minutes before kickoff.
