  • Jets running back Breece Hall (quad) is inactive against the Raiders on Sunday, while Cowboys receiver George Pickens, Bills receiver DJ Moore and Bills tight end Dalton Kincaid are all active for the 1 PM ET window. The active and inactive lists posted at 11:30 AM ET, and ESPN's game injury reports match the insider posts.

  • 1 PM: what is confirmed

Hall missing Week 8 opens the Jets backfield against Las Vegas. Treat whoever starts as a one-week fill-in until coaches say more.

Pickens (shoulder, hamstring) is up against Arizona after carrying a questionable tag all week. Moore returns from a shoulder injury that cost him the past two games, and Kincaid (chest) plays against Baltimore. Lamar Jackson starts for the Ravens in that game.

Colts running back Jonathan Taylor is officially active at Jacksonville, and Titans receiver Calvin Ridley is up against Cincinnati. Tennessee is still without running back Tyjae Spears and rookie receiver Carnell Tate, both inactive.

In Tampa, receiver Emeka Egbuka is inactive against Atlanta. The Falcons are without running back Brian Robinson Jr. Raiders receiver Jakobi Meyers is active against the Jets.

    4 PM: what to watch

The late window has fewer open questions, but they matter. Broncos receiver Jaylen Waddle (chest) is questionable against Kansas City, and ESPN's injury note says he is trending in a positive direction. Final inactives for the 4:25 PM games come about 90 minutes before kickoff.

  • New England has already ruled out receiver A.J. Brown (knee, ankle) and running back TreVeyon Henderson (illness) for the trip to Miami. In the Chargers and Rams game, Chargers receiver Brenen Thompson is out, and Rams tight end Colby Parkinson (ribs) and receiver Jordan Whittington (back) are questionable.

    Sunday night

The Eagles play at Washington without receivers DeVonta Smith (hamstring) and Dontayvion Wicks (ankle). Commanders receiver Treylon Burks (foot) is questionable but expected to play.

What RSO owners should do now

If you roster Hall, move him out of your lineup and start your best healthy back. Pickens, Moore and Kincaid can stay in. Waddle owners should have a fallback receiver ready for the 4:25 PM slot in case he is a late scratch, and Patriots owners need replacements for Brown and Henderson.

Next, watch the 4:25 PM inactive lists for Waddle and Parkinson, then the Sunday night lists for Burks.
