  • Indianapolis is now open to trading Jonathan Taylor and is in active talks with several teams, ESPN and NFL Network confirmed Saturday morning. Taylor is still expected to play Sunday against Jacksonville. It was the biggest move of a Saturday that also sent RJ Harvey to short-term injured reserve.

  • The Taylor market

Underdog NFL, citing Denver reporter Mike Klis, says the Broncos are among the teams that checked in on Taylor, and Denver is also looking at tight end and wide receiver help. ESPN lists Taylor at $15 million in 2027 and $9.46 million in 2028. No deal is done.

    Injured reserve moves

Denver placed Harvey on short-term IR with the knee injury he suffered in Thursday's practice. He misses at least four games and can return as soon as Dec. 6 against Miami. The Chargers put Derwin James on IR, Kansas City placed L'Jarius Sneed on IR and ruled out Mansoor Delane, and the Jets moved T'Vondre Sweat to IR.

Going the other way, the Raiders activated Jack Bech from IR after his fractured forearm, and he is set to play Sunday against the Jets.

    Final injury reports

New England downgraded A.J. Brown, TreVeyon Henderson and Marcus Bryant to out against Miami. Chicago ruled out Kyle Monangai for Monday night at Seattle, while Colston Loveland carries no designation.

Seattle's backfield is healthy. Zach Charbonnet and Jadarian Price have no designations for Monday, and it will be Charbonnet's season debut. Rashid Shaheed is out. Philadelphia elevated running back Elijah Mitchell for Sunday night.

  • Off the field

The NFL says it will review three additional abuse allegations against Josh Jacobs that surfaced in police records released Friday. The league's investigation remains open, and no discipline has been announced.

    What RSO owners should do

If you roster Taylor, hold for now. A trade to a contender like Denver would not hurt his value, and his contract runs through 2028 either way. Bench Harvey, Brown and Henderson for Week 8. In Seattle, treat Charbonnet as a flex at best until you see how the carries split. Bech is a deep stash, not a start. Jacobs owners should keep an eye on the league office, since any new penalty would be built on top of the six games he already missed.

Watch for Taylor trade news before the deadline, inactive lists 90 minutes before Sunday kickoffs, and Seattle's backfield usage on Monday night.
