With no game Tuesday night, Wednesday's final injury reports for Jaguars at Ravens are the first lineup call of Week 9. Fagnano is the named starter, while Tuten has yet to practice this week.

  • There is no NFL game Tuesday night, so Wednesday's final injury reports for Jaguars at Ravens are the next news that can move RSO lineups. Ravens coach Jesse Minter named undrafted rookie Joe Fagnano his Thursday starter on Tuesday afternoon, per Adam Schefter and ESPN's Jamison Hensley. Kickoff is 8:15 PM ET Thursday on Prime Video.

  • Baltimore at quarterback

Lamar Jackson (right thumb) and Tyler Huntley (toe) did not practice Tuesday and are already ruled out. Fagnano practiced in a brace on his right ankle and was listed as a full participant, Hensley said, after a limited Monday walkthrough. Kedon Slovis and practice-squad signee Austin Reed are the backups. Ian Rapoport added Tuesday night that the Ravens are still working behind the scenes at the position, so a late addition is possible.

Right guard Vega Ioane was upgraded to full participation and looks set to return after missing one game.

    Jacksonville's backfield

Bhayshul Tuten (ankle, foot) did not practice Tuesday, the second straight non-participant listing on Jacksonville's report, per ESPN's Michael DiRocco and the team report shared by RotoWire. Chris Rodriguez Jr. (hand) was limited again. Jakobi Meyers (hamstring, ankle) also stayed limited, and edge rusher Travon Walker (ribs) was limited.

Wednesday's report carries game designations, and it is the last one before kickoff.

What RSO owners should do now

Set Thursday lineups tonight or early Wednesday, because TNF players lock first. Derrick Henry stays a start with a rookie under center. Treat Baltimore's receivers and tight ends as lower-floor plays this week.

  • If you start Tuten, have a Sunday or Monday back ready to slide in. If Rodriguez is still a free agent in your league, a short, cheap claim makes sense now, before Wednesday's designations push his price up. Meyers owners should check Wednesday's line before committing him.

No Raven quarterback on this depth chart is worth a dynasty contract bid. Jackson owners should hold through his IR stint.

    What to watch next

Watch Wednesday for Tuten's designation and whether he practices at all, Rodriguez's hand, Meyers' status and any quarterback the Ravens add before Thursday. Arizona's first practice report without Jeremiyah Love, now on IR, will also show how the Cardinals split carries behind Tyler Allgeier.
