What is confirmed
Glenn did not rule Wilson out for the Chiefs, and the Jets did not give a timeline beyond day to day. To play Sunday, Wilson has to clear every step of the league's return-to-participation process, including sign-off from an independent neurological consultant. That usually means a ramp from limited work to full practice over several days, so Friday's final injury report is the date that matters.
The same update brought better news in the backfield. Breece Hall (quad) is limited in practice Wednesday, and Glenn said Hall is "trending in the right direction." Asked how he would split work between Hall and Braelon Allen if both are available, Glenn answered, "Both guys will play." Allen has 504 yards over the last five games while Hall has been banged up. Edge rushers David Bailey and Joseph Ossai are also limited, and defensive tackle Harrison Phillips (ankle) is day to day.
What it means for RSO rosters
Wilson is the Jets' top target and a core dynasty asset on most RSO rosters that hold him. A concussion with a day-to-day tag is not a long-term worry for his contract value, so there is no reason to sell low this week. The short-term problem is the Sunday lineup.
If you start Wilson, line up a replacement with a later kickoff or a confirmed active status in case he does not clear by Friday. Jets passing volume would likely spread out among the depth receivers and tight ends if he sits, but none of them is a reliable start against Kansas City.
On Hall, a limited Wednesday is a step forward. The bigger question for RSO owners is the split. Glenn's two-word answer points to a committee, which caps Hall's ceiling and keeps Allen in the flex conversation even with Hall back.
