  • Tuesday brought longer timelines in New England and Cincinnati, a PED suspension in Chicago and a confirmed one-game miss in San Francisco. Here is what matters for RSO owners heading into Week 6.

  • TreVeyon Henderson out multiple weeks. Adam Schefter and ESPN reported Tuesday that the Patriots rookie has a high ankle sprain and is expected to miss multiple weeks, with no surgery planned. That escalates his Week 5 exit. New England has already returned Hassan Haskins to the practice squad. Rhamondre Stevenson remains the lead back; Haskins is a stash if your league is deep.

Tanner Hudson out for the season. The Bengals tight end tore his pectoral and is done for 2026, per his agent to ESPN and WLWT. Cincinnati has not announced an IR move yet. Owners who streamed Hudson should look elsewhere at tight end.

Trevor Etienne’s window is open. Carolina designated Etienne to return from injured reserve (ankle) and opened practice windows for Taylor Moton and Tershawn Wharton as well, placing Cam Jackson on IR. Etienne still needs to clear the 21-day window before he can play; watch practice participation this week.

Montez Sweat suspended two games. The NFL suspended the Bears defensive end under the PED policy. Schefter reported he is eligible for reinstatement Oct. 23. IDP owners should replace him for Weeks 6 and 7.

Dre Greenlaw’s appeal was denied. Hearing officer James Thrash upheld the one-game ban, so Greenlaw will miss Monday night against Washington. That confirms the lineup hit IDP owners already planned for.

  • Alaric Jackson suspended two games. The NFL made official a two-game ban for the Rams left tackle for punching Bradley Chubb after Monday night’s game. He can appeal; barring that, he misses Arizona and the next Rams opponent.

Other moves. Cleveland put Raheim Sanders (hip) on IR for at least four games and signed Audric Estime off Minnesota’s practice squad. Baltimore released WR Chris Moore with Ja'Kobi Lane eligible to return from IR. The Rams cut K Harrison Mevis and signed Blake Grupe. Kansas City’s Tyquan Thornton IR move was already reflected Monday.

Seattle watch. Jaxon Smith-Njigba was limited again Tuesday with an ankle injury. Seattle plays Thursday, so Wednesday’s report decides his Week 6 status.

What to do now: keep Stevenson locked in, stash Haskins where roster spots allow, replace Sweat and Greenlaw in IDP, monitor Etienne’s practice window, and check Smith-Njigba before Thursday kickoff.
