  • Philadelphia Eagles opened the injured-reserve practice windows Wednesday for G Landon Dickerson, TE Grant Calcaterra, TE Eli Stowers, and DB Jakorian Bennett, according to Adam Schefter and Ian Rapoport.

  • Underdog NFL added that Dickerson (knee) and Stowers (hamstring) each had a 21-day window opened. Mike Garafolo also confirmed the group of returns. Opening a window lets a player practice while still on IR and starts the clock for Philadelphia to activate him to the 53-man roster or keep him on IR for the season.

    What is confirmed

The designations are roster moves, not activations. None of the four is automatically available for Sunday until the Eagles promote him and clear the injury report. Schefter and Rapoport both listed the same four names. Injury details beyond Dickerson's knee and Stowers' hamstring were not spelled out in the initial reports for Calcaterra and Bennett.

Dickerson is the headline name for pass protection and run blocking. Calcaterra and Stowers add tight-end depth once either is activated. Bennett is a secondary depth piece.

Why it matters for RSO owners

An open IR window is not a start signal. It is the first formal step back. Owners stashing Dickerson should leave him on IR or the bench until Philadelphia activates him and he posts clean practice reports. Same rule for Calcaterra or Stowers in deeper formats. Do not stream any of them in Week 6 on window news alone.

If you cut Dickerson earlier, check waivers now. Roster spots are tight league-wide, and other managers will notice the same Schefter and Rapoport notes.

  • What to do now

Hold Dickerson through the window in most RSO formats. Prefer healthy guards and tight ends this week. Watch Wednesday-to-Friday participation for how much work each player gets, then wait for an actual activation before changing lineups.

The next checkpoint is whether Philadelphia activates anyone before the Week 6 game. Until that move posts, treat all four as unavailable.
