The Bills (3-1) and Rams (2-2) kick off at 8:15 p.m. ET at SoFi Stadium on ESPN and ABC. DraftKings lists Los Angeles as a 3.5-point favorite with a total of 54.5, per ESPN, the kind of number that points to a lot of scoring.
Buffalo's receiver room is already thin. Joshua Palmer is out with a shoulder injury, and Moore re-aggravated his shoulder in practice last week. If Moore sits, Dalton Kincaid becomes the clearest target. He leads the Bills with 15 catches for 270 yards and a touchdown, per ESPN. James Cook III has 70 carries for 421 yards and three scores, and Josh Allen has completed 79 of 119 passes for 1,039 yards with six touchdowns and three interceptions.
Allen also has a strong history in this matchup. Underdog NFL noted Monday that he has 950 passing yards, 10 passing touchdowns and five rushing touchdowns in three career games against the Rams.
On defense, Buffalo is without tackle Ed Oliver (knee). Edge rusher Landon Jackson (knee) and cornerback Dee Alford (ankle) are questionable.
The Rams' injury report is shorter. Safety Quentin Lake, who leads the team with 31 tackles, is questionable with a hip injury. Myles Garrett (knee) and tight end Terrance Ferguson (ankle) are on injured reserve. Matthew Stafford has thrown for 1,189 yards with six touchdowns and six interceptions, Kyren Williams has 54 carries for 294 yards and three scores, and Davante Adams leads the receivers with 22 catches for 390 yards and two touchdowns.
