Bills 37, Rams 34 (OT). Tyler Bass won it with a 45-yard field goal, per ESPN's box score. Josh Allen ran 10 times for 121 yards and a touchdown and threw for 210 yards. James Cook III had 25 carries for 111 yards and two scores. For the Rams, Matthew Stafford threw for 383 yards and three touchdowns, Puka Nacua caught 17 of 24 targets for 138 yards and a score, and Davante Adams scored twice. DJ Moore, questionable with a shoulder injury, does not appear in ESPN's receiving totals.
Dre Greenlaw suspended. The NFL suspended the 49ers linebacker one game for head-butting Ernest Jones, and he is appealing. If the ban holds, he misses Week 6 against Washington. IDP owners should line up a replacement.
David Montgomery week-to-week. DeMeco Ryans said Monday that Montgomery is week-to-week with the groin injury he suffered Sunday. Woody Marks is the likely lead back for Houston in London, and he is the add if he is still available in your league.
Marvin Harrison Jr. trade is official. ESPN's transaction log shows Arizona sent Harrison and a 2027 sixth-round pick to Houston for 2027 second- and seventh-round picks. Owners should expect a slow ramp-up while he learns a new offense.
Other moves. Buffalo elevated WR Trent Sherfield before kickoff. Cincinnati claimed LB Jack Kiser and put LB Swayze Bozeman on injured reserve. Tampa Bay opened David Sills V's practice window. Houston waived WR Jared Wayne.
